We understand traceability as a system of identification of products along all the processes of the chain that allows us to gather information from the origin until the fruit reaches its destination.
Controlling all the processes from the time we plant on our farms until the fruit reaches its destination allows us to guarantee the traceability of the entire supply chain.

We genetically develop our own varieties.
FIELD
We believe in sustainable agriculture and many of our farms are certified BIO, zero waste, and carbon neutral
CARE
Good agricultural practices, natural techniques and the most sustainable methodologies we can find to ensure the best care of our fruits
COLLECTION
We control the entire ripening process of the fruit in the field to have a complete analysis and determine the optimal harvest time
FACILITIES
We only receive in our processing facilities, where we carry out all kinds of controls complying with international certifications.
TRANSPORT
We do not break the cold chain and extend the sheld life of our fruit by controlling cooling, temperature and humidity.
Vertical integration
We work with a vertical, real, and honest integration out of commitment and conviction because we eliminate dependency on third parties that do not provide any value.
In this way we improve the planning of our processes, we are more efficient, more productive and more sustainable, and it allows us to obtain more quality, more natural and more flavorful fruits.
Origin control
We guarantee the origin of all our fruit and produce high quality kiwis and blueberries in the farm. For us, controlling the processes in the farm is the essence of being able to have high quality and homogeneous blueberries and kiwis.
We have quality certifications such as global gap or grasp, and we carry out different crop management controls and follow-up of fertilization, irrigation and environmental management plans.
From farm to fork
At Cool Company farms we bring real value to the end consumer because we integrate all the processes from the moment we plant until the fruit reaches your table. We do this through systems that ensure quality, taste, good land management and the use of natural resources.
Processing control
We receive all the fruit in our processing facilities under strict sanitary, quality and traceability control for storage and control in cold chambers with relative humidity. We comply with international BRC/IFS food regulations. Our facilities are strategically located in regions parts of the Iberian Peninsula (Galicia, Aragon and Northern Portugal) for logistical efficiency while aiming at reducing our impact and emissions.
