Traceability and transparency are two basic pillars of Cool farms. Traceability helps us to generate information and get all the data about the fruit, while transparency allows us to communicate all this information.
Obtaining and sharing this information from our fruit ensures that we maintain our total quality standard, which takes into account parameters such as origin, quality or the environmental impact generated by the process.
Farmers
We are farmers and being able to grow our own farms and be able to produce fresh, healthy, tasty and quality food for other people is one of the most comforting things for us. Cultivating the land, as the basis for its own food production, has enabled humanity for 12,000 years to revolutionize history and bring about such far-reaching changes as sedentarism and the formation of populations. Today, at Cool Company we continue to evolve in the use of innovative farming techniques practicing sustainable and regenerative agriculture with the environment.
Own farms
We cultivate 850 hectares between our own and those of our integrated farmers. On all these hectares we use all our agricultural know-how and technology with the aim of developing a specific plan of fertilization, irrigation, crop management and integrated environmental management to harvest under strict parameters of farm output and quality controls.
Integrated farmers
We propose an integrative consortium model where we share our knowledge and management skills with the obligation to obtain our quality parameters. In this way, we remain committed to transforming the fruit business toward transparency, traceability and control from origin, generating value across the entire supply chain.
