When we talk about fruits and their impact on health, kiwi stands out as a real nutritional jewel and blueberries are a great source of antioxidants that experts recommend always keeping in mind in our diet.

It is very important for our health to combine a balanced diet with physical exercise as well as to follow the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO), such as eating on a daily basis 7 pieces of fruit and vegetables.

Organic blueberries

All our blueberries are BIO and carbon neutral because we only grow them on our own farm in Spain certified carbon positive making those blueberries’ carbon footprint net zero. And that means a lot!

Blueberries are one of the most powerful daily superfoods: fat-free and with high levels of antioxidants and vitamin C. A splendid snack, it is ideal to take in the morning, as a dessert or even while practicing any kind of sport. They are also an excellent source of fiber and manganese. We offer fresh blueberries grown on our farms.

We offer fresh organic blueberries grown in our farms. The production of blueberries in Galicia extends from June to October, so they are available practically half of the year.

All our BIO blueberries are carbon neutral. That is, we capture the same CO2 that we emit, which makes us carbon neutral in our berries division.

Zero waste green kiwi

At Cool Farms we produce a zero waste kiwi, that is, a kiwi that has been grown: without pesticides, herbicides or insecticides. Our Kiwi production uses only state-of-the-art biodegradable plant protection products.

Organic green kiwi

Our organic green kiwi is grown 100% organically under conditions that do not pollute the soil, using environmentally friendly methods and in complete harmony with nature.

Green kiwi is the best known in the world and is one of the few fruits that does not lose its color when ripe, as it contains large amounts of chlorophyll. Juicy and refreshing, it has a sour taste and contains twice as much vitamin C as an orange. It hides many healing, antioxidant and rejuvenating properties and is an important source of vitamins and minerals, considered one of the healthiest fruits available today.

Yellow kiwi

Yellow kiwi is sweet and has an extraordinary content of fiber and vitamin C. It is firm and juicy with an extremely fresh taste that is especially pleasing to children. It can contribute to the health of the heart, immune system and digestive system. Its sour taste, pleasant texture and low calorie content make it a delicious and healthy choice.

The advantage of this fruit is the ripening period: the harvest begins 35-40 days before that of the green kiwi, so the ripening period is one month ahead compared to other varieties.

Red kiwi

Red kiwifruit has exceptional and healthy nutritional properties, as it is rich in calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and various vitamins. This variety has the highest proportion of vitamin C and may exceed 100 mg per 70 gram unit. It is a great source of antioxidants, as vitamin C is added to the supply of vitamin E, as well as potassium, folic acid and phenolic compounds beneficial to the body.
